15th Liaoning Provincial Games — Opening Ceremony Main Venue

The 15th Liaoning Provincial Games placed its opening ceremony and main venue competition area under 236 units of the Sense F01-1500W, engineered to a maintained illuminance of 1,500 lux.

Games venues carry requirements that ordinary installations do not. Ceremonies are staged events — masses of performers, precise choreography, large-format screens, and broadcast crews working to a fixed clock. One thousand five hundred lux sustains that level of coverage, and because there is no second take, the system must be reliable and not merely good. Aimed from calculated coordinates and issued per-position optics from the F01 range, the array delivers high vertical illuminance for camera work with controlled uniformity across every part of the floor that will be televised. Glare was engineered out for performers looking towards the stands and for cameras alike. Each 1500 W luminaire combines a high-output LED engine with serious thermal management, so sustained operation at full output does not cost lumen performance; IP66 sealing, surge protection and wide-temperature electronics were specified for reliable operation whatever the weather on the night. DMX and DALI integration allows the lighting to be choreographed with the ceremony programme itself.

Commissioned ahead of the Games, the installation supported both the ceremony and the competition programme that followed. Organisers cited reaching 1,500 lux on the briefed schedule.
